In spite of my love affair with food, sometimes I actually forget to eat. This happens to me in times of high activity/stress, hence I usually have simple ingredients on hand to ensure I can whip up something luscious on short notice.
This is the jamon serrano and La Buche d’Affinois ciabatta roll I ate as I prepared food on Christmas Eve:
It was delicious.
And here are the buttery scrambled eggs I was force fed during my Christmas morning headless-chookedness:
They were just what I needed at the time.
